Our Commitment
Every piece offered by Best Gift Gallery is either independently authenticated, prepared to order, or both. Because of this, all sales are final. This is not a limitation — it is the foundation of how we work, and it is the reason we can stand behind every item we sell.
Authenticated rarities and museum-grade, custom-framed reproductions cannot be returned to inventory without compromising their value, condition, and provenance. We protect that integrity for every client. In exchange, we offer guarantees that most sellers cannot: independent third-party authentication, full replacement of items damaged in transit, and a lifetime guarantee of authenticity.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases from Best Gift Gallery are final and non-refundable. We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or any reason other than those expressly set out in this policy (transit damage and our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee).
This applies to:
- Authenticated autographs and signed items, which are unique and verified at the point of sale.
- Museum-grade reproductions, which are produced and custom-framed to order specifically for each client.
- Bespoke and commissioned pieces, which are made exclusively to a client's specifications.
Because each item is either one of a kind or made to order, it cannot be resold once it has left our care. We disclose this clearly here, on each product page, and again at checkout, where you must affirmatively acknowledge that all sales are final before payment can be completed.
This final-sale policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement.
Authentication Guarantee
We take authenticity seriously, and we want you to buy with complete confidence.
Every autograph and signed item we sell is independently authenticated by one or more recognized third-party authentication services — PSA/DNA, JSA (James Spence Authentication), or Beckett Authentication Services — and is accompanied by that authenticator's certificate or letter of authenticity, as applicable to the item.
In addition, each item ships with a Best Gift Gallery Certificate of Authenticity, issued by American Verification, which records the item's description, the third-party authentication on file, and a unique reference number. A tamper-evident seal links the certificate to the item.
Best Gift Gallery is an independent gallery. PSA, JSA, and Beckett Authentication Services are independent third-party authenticators. Best Gift Gallery is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these organizations. References to them describe the third-party authentication associated with an item and nothing more.
Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee the authenticity of every autograph and signed item we sell, for as long as you own it.
If an item purchased from Best Gift Gallery is ever determined to be inauthentic, we will refund the full original purchase price — regardless of how much time has passed since the sale. This guarantee runs for the life of the original purchaser's ownership and is our strongest assurance that what you receive is genuine.
To make a claim under the Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee, the following conditions apply:
- The claim is made by the original purchaser, supported by the original order details and Certificate of Authenticity.
- The item is in its original condition, with the tamper-evident seal and Certificate of Authenticity intact and unaltered.
- The determination of inauthenticity is set out in a written opinion from a recognized, independent third-party authentication service (such as PSA/DNA, JSA, or Beckett), not from an informal assessment or opinion.
- The claim is submitted to us in writing at curator@bestgiftgallery.com, with the certificate reference number and the supporting documentation, so that we can review it.
Upon verification, we will refund the full original purchase price to the original method of payment, or arrange an equivalent replacement where one is available, at your choice.
This guarantee covers authenticity only. It does not cover normal aging of materials, damage caused after delivery, improper storage or handling, or restoration or alteration performed by anyone other than Best Gift Gallery.
Damage in Transit
We pack every item to museum-grade standards and ship fully insured. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, we will replace it or, where replacement is not possible, refund it.
To make a transit-damage claim:
- Inspect your item immediately on arrival.
- Report any damage within 72 hours (3 business days) of delivery by emailing curator@bestgiftgallery.com with your order number.
- Include clear photographs of the damaged item and of the outer and inner packaging.
- Retain all original packaging and materials until the claim is resolved, as the carrier may require inspection.
Claims reported after 72 hours, or without supporting photographs, may not be eligible, because we and our carriers cannot verify the condition in which the item was received. Once a claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
We ship worldwide using tracked and insured carriers. Higher-value items are shipped with signature required on delivery.
- You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
- It is your responsibility to provide an accurate, complete shipping address and to ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery where signature is required.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide, or upon the carrier's record of delivery, including where a signature is recorded.
- We are not responsible for items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to your address, for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control, or for failed delivery resulting from an incorrect address or a missed signature.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many of our pieces are prepared, framed, or commissioned to order, our ability to change or cancel an order is limited.
- A request to change or cancel an order may be accommodated only if the item has not yet entered preparation, framing, or shipment. Contact us as soon as possible at curator@bestgiftgallery.com.
- Once an item has entered preparation, framing, production, or shipment, the order cannot be cancelled and the final-sale terms above apply.
- Commissioned and bespoke pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
How to Raise a Concern
If you have any concern about your order — its authenticity, its condition on arrival, or its delivery — we ask that you contact us first, so that we can make it right.

curator@bestgiftgallery.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond to all inquiries within one business day, Monday through Friday, and we will work with you in good faith to resolve any legitimate concern under the guarantees described above.
By placing an order with Best Gift Gallery, you agree to contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any dispute before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Many concerns — a delivery question, a packaging issue, an authenticity question — can be resolved quickly and directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us delays resolution for everyone and is contrary to the terms you accepted at purchase.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This policy, and any purchase made through Best Gift Gallery, is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to a purchase that cannot be resolved directly will be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, except that either party may seek relief in small-claims court where the claim qualifies. You and Best Gift Gallery each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
